I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company, and after the way everything was handled, I would not trust them to do work at my home. They were approximately **1.5 hours late** for the initial appointment to give me a quote for cleaning my home and roof. Despite that, I agreed to move forward, and I was told the work would be completed on Friday. I was out of town, and I received **no call or text on Friday** telling me the work wasn't going to be completed. I heard nothing Saturday either. On Sunday, **I was the one who reached out** to ask how the cleaning went. Only after I contacted him did he tell me that the work had never been done because he had been in a car accident. I certainly understand that emergencies and accidents happen. However, given the lack of communication and the fact that I had to contact him two days later just to find out the job was never completed, I personally had serious doubts about the explanation I was given. At that point, I told him I no longer wanted him to do the work. Instead of simply accepting my decision professionally, he continued texting me. I was already frustrated by the wasted time and complete lack of communication, and repeatedly referring to me as **"buddy"** during the conversation came across as dismissive and unprofessional rather than an attempt to resolve the situation. The biggest issue for me is trust. First, he was 1.5 hours late for the quote. Then he was a no-call/no-show for the actual job. I had to reach out days later to even find out what happened, and when I decided I no longer wanted his services, the communication afterward only made the situation worse. I gave this company multiple opportunities to handle things professionally. Unfortunately, my experience left me with no confidence in their reliability, communication, or professionalism. We recently had the exterior of our home pressure washed, and the results were outstanding! The team was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly clean every surface, and our house looks years newer. The siding came out looking spotless. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they treated our property with care and respect. KRS did an amazing job cleaning our home and window exterior.  Pricing is fair and straight forward, no surprises. Our gutters, windows, stone, and brick look as close to new as possible.  The gutters and windows make the biggest difference so I would suggest going with the full service to get the windows done, it is more than worth it.  Our home hadn’t been washed in 10+ years and it made a night and day difference. My mom hired this guy to power wash our houses, driveway and sidewalks. Mark was awesome! It's all so clean, the smell is lovely, they look like brand new houses! The cleanest houses on 46th street.
